Orders placed after 6:00AM (EST) are shipped on the next business day. Please note that in some circumstances shipment of your order may be delayed. For example, if the billing information provided does not match the records on file with your credit card bank, your order's shipment may be delayed until we verify that there is no fraudulent credit card use. Please contact us for shipping and handling charges to countries that are not on the above list. Order from Italy and Netherlands must be shipped by TNT shipping company, it requires $25 additional shipping charges. In addition to the above delivery times, please be aware of possible delays due to custom clearance and potential approval by environmental control inspections.
