Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be a happy customer who is satisfied with the highest quality of our sterling silver products and best customer service you can find on the web. Well trained and rigorously supervised crew will do the best to meet the highest standards of customer service and make sure your shopping experience is pleasant and enjoyable.

However, if for any reason you want to return the jewelry you bought from us, we are glad to offer a no-hassle and worry-free 14-day money back guarantee. Just return the merchandise you purchased with attached tag(s) and attach a letter includes your name, email address, order number, reason to return. We gladly will issue a refund for the purchase amount.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns must be made within 14 days of original purchase date. Please send us an email for notification if you want to return the items, we will email you our shipping address within 12 hours.

Please contact us for shipping and handling charges to countries that are not on the above list. Order from Italy and Netherlands must be shipped by TNT shipping company, it requires $25 additional shipping charges.

When your return is received, it will be processed within 2 business days and the credit will be issued to your original method of payment (credit card) within 2 days. We will contact you to confirm the refund via email..

IMPORTANT: Do not remove the tag from jewelry if you want to return it!!! We cannot issue refunds for items with removed tags.

We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments, the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for the lost or damaged items you returned - please make sure you return the merchandise in the sturdy package. Returns sent in envelopes or similar packages will be refused due to potential damage during shipment.


EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange an item, please send us an email for confirmation and indicate what item you would like to get in exchange. Please note that in that case you will be charged for shipping. Original shipping charge and your expenses for shipping a return to us will not be refunded or reimbursed.

If you receive damaged items we unconditionally guarantee to provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you, upon receiving proof of damage. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 2 days of receiving the order.


SPECIAL CONDITIONS

All purchases of the sales items are final. Due to reduced prices we will not be able to accept returns on items purchased during promotional sales. If your order qualified for free shipping and you chose to return all or part of it so that the items you kept do not qualify for free shipping altogether, the corresponding shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
