Q : What do I do if I forget my password ?
A: If you forget your login password, please go to "My Account" page and click on the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions given. New password will be provided immediately.
Q : Do you charge anything in addition to the displayed price, such as Value added tax or Import duties ?
A: The prices displayed in the product pages are inclusive of value added tax..
But for international shipments, all our rates exclude any local taxes, duties and surcharges that may be imposed according to local regulations.

Q : How to check the status of my order ?
A: You can check the status of your order by logging into the My Accounts section, the tracking number will be found there within 36 hours of purchasing.

Can I change my order ?
A: We are unable to amend your order, however, it may be possible for us to cancel your order on your behalf prior to dispatch, please send us email for confirmation. Once the item is dispatched, we cannot cancel your order. You have up to 14 days to return your item for refund.

What happens if the item I ordered was out of stock ?
A:All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our site then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in dispatch. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible by email.
Q : How can I get my order shipped to a different address than my billing address ?
A:We strongly recommend and prefer that first time customers send their order to the billing address on file with the card account. We may require you to do so in order to comply with our fraud prevention standards. Orders can sometimes to be shipped to a different address, however, we may send an email for confirmation before delivery. Please pay attention to it and reply us to confirm, so we can proceed timely.
Q : What should I do if I don't receive my order confirmation email from you ?
A:Generally, you will receive a confirmation email for your order within 10 mins, except in case of any technical difficulties.
Another reason for you to not receive the confirmation email is if the email address provided to us was incorrect. In such a case, you can amend the email address in your My Account section, and send us an email for notification.

Please note, order from Italy and Netherlands must be shipped by TNT shipping company, and it requires $25 additional shipping charges.
Q : How long will it take to delivery ?
A:We shall dispatch most of orders within 12 hours once your payment is cleared, an email with tracking number will be sent if we shipped order.
EMS is the main shipping method we use to deliver items, order will be shipped to your door within 6-9 days normally. But international shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures (such as both countries customs, transit stations etc.), it will probably take longer time for your items to arrive at the final destination.
