Tiffany & Co. is hosting an invitation-only cocktail party tonight at its new store in the Galleria at Roseville mall, before opening its door to the public Friday. The store is the company’s first in the Sacramento area.
Among tonight’s expected guests are representatives from the Junior League of Sacramento, Magic Circle Theatre and the Sacramento Ballet, community groups that Tiffany & Co. has pledged to support.
“Tiffany & Co. has a tradition of supporting local community groups,” said vice president Tom Carroll in a news release. “The commitment we’ve shown to our heritage over the years is shared by our community partners, whom we salute for their outstanding contributions to the arts and natural world.”
The approximately 5,800-square-foot store features architectural details of Tiffany Fifth Avenue store, “including brushed stainless steel doors with a black granite arch, a modern interior with ebony showcases trimmed in stainless steel, custom furnishings and handmade wall coverings.”
